Express Cake with 2 Types of Chocolate
- butter - 1 cup (250 g)
- biscuits - 14 oz (400 g), soft
- milk chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
- hazelnuts - 2/5 cup (100 g)
- chocolate - 5.5 oz (150 g), natural
- sugar - 2 tbsp
Mix the softened butter with the sugar. Melt the milk chocolate in a water bath, cool a little and mix with 4/5 cup (200 g) butter.
Crush the hazelnuts and combine them with the coarsely crumbled biscuits. Pour on the chocolate, mix everything and put it in a cake form with baking paper.
Leave it for 20 min. in the refrigerator. Melt the natural chocolate in a water bath, remove it from the stove, add the butter and pour this mixture over the cake.
