Peel the bananas and cut them into round slices. Finely chop the pineapple. Peel the mango and dice it.
Put all the fruits in a blender with a little mineral water and blend to a foam.
Boil a syrup from the sugar and 3 tbsp water on low heat, add it to the fruit puree.
Distribute the beverage into glasses, top off with mineral water and add ice.
