Ingredients

  • chicken - 2 lb (1 kg) of meat
  • flour - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • oil - 1/5 cup (60 ml)
  • onions - 3 - 4 heads
  • peppers - 1 green
  • tomatoes - 7 oz (200 g), 3 - 4
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • paprika - 1 tbsp
  • salt - to taste

How to cook

Portion the chicken and put it to saute in the oil and a little water. Add in the chopped onions.

Next, add in the flour and paprika. Pour in water and as soon as it comes to a boil, add the finely chopped pepper along with the peeled and chopped tomatoes.

Leave the dish to boil on low heat and salt it. Finally, sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
