- almonds - 1 cup, peeled and ground + 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g) peeled and whole
- eggs - 2 whites
- powdered sugar - 1 cup
Beat the egg whites with the ground almonds until the mixture homogenizes.
Add the powdered sugar, mix well and roll out the dough into a thick crust - 1/4.
Cut out circles from it and place a whole almond in the middle of each.
Bake the biscuits in a tray covered with baking paper or buttered and floured.
