  • condensed milk - 1 cup
  • brown sugar - 1 1/3 cups or to taste, can use white
  • cocoa - 4 tbsp
  • powdered dry milk - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • vanilla - 1 - 2 packets
  • hazelnuts - 2/5 cup (100 g), ground, or sesame tahini
  • salt - 1 pinch


Heat the condensed milk in a pot on the stove and stir with the sugar until it melts. Then, pour in the cocoa and stir until dissolved well.

Remove from the stove, transfer to a suitable bowl and add the butter, stirring. Next, pour in the powdered dry milk and stir with a whisk.

Finally, mix the chocolate with hazelnut tahini, a pinch of salt and flavor to taste with the vanilla.

Distribute it into dessert cups and serve with a decoration of your choice or store in a jar in the fridge.
