Ingredients

  • beetroots - 4
  • cream cheese - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp, ground

How to cook

Boil the beetroots, peel and cut a bit off the bottoms so that they sit upright.

Remove the insides with a teaspoon, leaving the walls thick.

Cut the soft insides finely and mix it with the finely chopped garlic, salt, black pepper and cream cheese.

Fill the beetroots with this stuffing and bake them 10 min. at 392°F (200 °C). Serve hot or cold.
