Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 1 pack
  • fish - 14 oz (400 g), fillet
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • chili peppers - 1
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • tomatoes - 1 4/5 cups (450 g), canned, peeled
  • black pepper - to taste
  • basil - to taste
  • salt - to taste

How to cook

Cut the fish into thin pieces, sprinkle it with salt and black pepper. Braise the onions and garlic in heated olive oil.

Add the chili pepper, cleaned of the seeds, and the finely chopped tomatoes. Let simmer for about 5 min. and add the fish.

Season with the salt and black pepper. Let it boil for about 20 min. on low heat. Add the spaghetti, boiled according to package directions and drained.

Stir carefully. When serving, sprinkle each portion with olive oil.
