How to cook
Mix the baking soda in the lemon juice until it dissolves, add it to the yoghurt. Mix with the salt, sugar and flour, knead a smooth and soft dough.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/8. Using cookie-cutter shapes, a glass or knife, cut out squares, rhombuses or triangles.
Drop them in to fry in an oil bath and drain them on paper towels.
When serving, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
