Ingredients

  • cabbages - 1/2 head, white
  • red cabbages - 1/2 head
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp

How to cook

Cut the cabbages finely and pour boiling water over them. Leave for half an hour and then drain.

Place in a salad bowl, sprinkle with salt and sugar, oil and vinegar and stir.

Let the salad sit for 20 min. and then serve.
