How to cook
Wash the lemons in hot water and cut them into round slices 1/4″ (0.5 cm) thick. Slice the garlic thinly.
In a large jar, arrange a layer of lemons, sprinkle with cayenne pepper, garlic, sugar, salt.
Keep arranging layers in this order until the jar is full. Pour on the vinegar and olive oil, cover with a plate with a weight on top and leave it in the fridge for 24 hours.
