How to cook

Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems and cut them finely. Saute them in butter, add 3.5 oz (100 g) of the finely chopped bacon, stir and transfer to a baking dish.

Salt and arrange the remaining 3.5 oz of thinly sliced bacon on top. Sprinkle with black pepper, pour on the lemon juice and wine.

Bake in a moderate oven and sprinkle with the grated cheese 10 min. before the end.
