Ingredients

  • eggs - 3
  • powdered sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • milk - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • flour - 1 2/5 cups (350 g)
  • baking soda - a pinch
  • orange juice - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • oranges - 1
  • mint - 3 bunches

Preparation

Beat the eggs. Mix the butter with the powdered sugar (set aside 2 tbsp of powdered sugar). Add the milk while stirring nonstop.

Add the eggs, flour, baking soda, orange juice and stir everything. Pour the dough in a round tray with baking paper and bake at 392°F (200°C) until ready.

Wash the orange and cut it into thin round slices. Cover the cake with these slices, sprinkle with the remaining powdered sugar and decorate with mint leaves.find similar recipes here
