Soak the cashews in the milk for 4 hours. Blend along with the milk. Boil a syrup from the sugar and water and let it boil on low heat for 5 min. after it reaches boiling point.
Mix the prepared syrup with the cashews, stir very well but do not remove from the stove. Add the melted butter and keep stirring until the mixture begins to come off the walls of the container.
Remove from the stove and distribute the mixture into a tray with about an inch thick layer of oil in it. Let it cool for several hours and cut it into parallelograms.
