Ingredients

  • cauliflowers - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • butter - 3 tbsp
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • flour - 3 tbsp
  • parmesan - 4 tbsp, grated
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp

Preparation

Rip the cauliflower into rosettes, boil them in salted water and drain.

Braise the flour in the butter and dilute it with the milk. Add the parmesan, cayenne and black pepper and pour this sauce over the cauliflower before serving.
