How to cook
Let the cream cool in the refrigerator. The strawberries need to be at room temperature.
Clean them and cut them into quarters. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Beat the cream to foam. If using a mixer, beat at the lowest speed.
Crumble the meringues coarsely. Add them to the cream and stir carefully. Put the dessert together in glasses by alternating between a layer of strawberries and a layer of cream. Serve right away.
