How to cook
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the powdered sugar, baking soda and salt. While stirring nonstop, add the warmed milk.
Begin adding the flour as well until you get a thick dough.
Cover the bowl and leave in a warm area for 3-4 hours.
Heat the oil, take spoonfuls of the dough and drop them into the oil.
Take the ready fritters out onto a napkin to drain any excess oil and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
