  • sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)

How to cook

Combine the sugar with the water and stir until it dissolves completely.

Drain the lemons, add the juice to the sugar syrup. Pour the mixture into a plastic or metal container and put it in the freezer for 3 hours.

Stir with a fork every 30 min, breaking up the ice crystals at the bottom of the container. Take it out and serve immediately.
