Season the steaks with salt and black pepper, cover them with plastic wrap and tenderize with a wooden mallet.
Leave the meat for 30 min. in the refrigerator, then braise 4-5 min. on one side in the heated oil.
Flip them over to braise on the other side, sprinkle with the grated cheese and fry until ready. Serve right away with a seasonal salad of choice.
