How to cook
Remove the fatty skin of the carp and cut it into fillets about 1/2″ (1.5 cm) thick. Sprinkle them with salt and black pepper.
Bake the dish for 40 min. in a preheated 356°F (180°C) oven covered with foil. Served with a garnish of sauteed potatoes.
