Mix the almonds with the sugar, add a little milk and stir.
Heat the remaining milk a little, add it to the mixture with the almonds and leave it for 1 hour.
Boil the water and let it cool until warm, then pour it on the gelatin. Stir and pour it into the almond mixture.
Strain and heat it on low heat for 10 min. while stirring nonstop. Pour into pudding cups and leave it in the fridge for 4 hours.
Serve sprinkled generously with powdered sugar.
