How to cook
Heat the oven to 390°F (200 °C). Mix the powdered garlic and dried parsley in a small bowl.
Cut 1 of the oranges into round slices and arrange them in a small baking tray. Arrange slices of onions on top, sprinkle with olive oil and the mixed spices.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-odd minutes. Take them out of the oven and increase it to 430°F (220 °C).
Push the onions and oranges to the side of the container and put in the salmon. Sprinkle them with the orange and lemon juice, mixed with the honey beforehand.
Bake 12-15 min. in the preheated oven and serve.
