"Did you know that the tastiest chocolate pudding is made without flour?"

Ingredients

  • butter - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • dark chocolate - 2.5 oz (75 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
  • milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • eggs - 2
  • bread - cut into slices

How to cook

Pour the butter, chocolate, sugar and milk in a small pot and heat them on the stove until the sugar melts.

Leave it aside to cool. Whip the eggs and add them to the chocolate mixture.

Oil a baking tray, cut the bread into slices and dip each one in the chocolate. Arrange them in the tray.

Pour on the remaining mixture and bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for 25-30 min.

Also try pudding with cottage cheese and raisins, pudding with quinoa, Russian apple pudding, pudding with chocolate, Austrian rice pudding, pudding with apples, diplomat pudding.
