Boil and mash the potatoes, dissolve the yeast in a little milk. Knead the potatoes, flour, feta cheese, half the milk, 1 of the eggs and salt into a dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.
Lay out the dough into a buttered tray. Beat the rest of the eggs with the milk, add the ham, processed cheese and parsley.
Stir well and pour it over the dough. Sprinkle grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven.
