  • butter - 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • cherries - 2 1/3 cups (570 g)
  • milk - 1 cup (225 ml)
  • powdered sugar - 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • eggs - 4, whipped
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • flour - 1 cup (225 g)

How to cook

Heat the oven to 360°F (180 °C). Use 1/4 of the butter to smear a baking dish. Arrange the cherries on its bottom.

Bring the milk to a boil, add the pinch of salt and let it cool. Melt the remaining butter, mix it with the eggs, flour and sugar.
