How to cook
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath. Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the flour and almonds, finally mix with the chocolate.
Oil a baking dish and pour in the mixture. Bake in a preheated 320°F (160 °C) oven for 35 min. Cool. Heat the cream to near boiling point.
Remove from the pot and add in the chopped chocolate. Let it melt, stir well and pour it over the cake.
