How to cook
Roast the peppers and peel them. Cut them coarsely. Bake the sesame seeds in a dry pan for 2 min. while stirring nonstop.
Mix the chickpeas with the peppers, garlic and sesame. Blend the mixture.
Drain the lemon, add the juice to the puree.
Add the oil, salt and black pepper, mix everything and serve with Arabian bread.
