Heat up the oil and fry the chicken meat. Transfer it to the tajine. Add the onions into the pan with the oil and fry.
Pour this whole mixture in with the chicken, then bake the tajine at 356°F (180 °C) for 45 min. or until ready.
Once almost ready, pour the couscous into the boiling water for 5 min. Season with lemon zest and juice, coriander, black pepper and salt.
Serve the chicken with the couscous.
