Skewers Marinated in Onions

  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 3 large heads
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • pitas - flat, for serving


Cut the pork into pieces for skewers. Grate the onions.

In a suitable bowl with a lid, place the meat, sprinkle with pepper and chopped parsley and mix with the onions, along with the juice released during grating. Put the lid on and let it season overnight.

The next day, heat up the grill, put the meat on the skewers, salt and baste carefully with oil using a brush. Grill on all sides until ready.
