Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin strips. Saute them until softened under a lid with a little oil.

Add the finely chopped onions and braise 2-3 min. Sprinkle with flour, stir well and pour on hot water.

Bring the dish to a boil, throw in the vermicelli and boil until the products soften. Before removing the dish from the stove, add the cream and pressed garlic.

Leave for just 1 more min. for the taste to get absorbed and remove from the stove. Sprinkle with herbs and spices and serve with aromatic croutons.find similar recipes here
