How to cook
Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and blend them. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Whip the egg yolks and mix them with the hot chocolate.
Beat the whites into snow and add them to the egg yolks. Whip the cream and add it to the chocolate mixture.
Add the mixture with the chocolate and distribute the mousse into bowls or cups. Leave it for 2 hours in the fridge and serve.
