Ingredients

  • chorizo - 4.5 oz (125 g)
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • fettuccine - 13 oz (375 g) or penne
  • eggs - 4
  • parmesan - 2 oz (50 g)
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Slice the chorizo and braise it in the heated olive oil. Boil the pasta.

Beat the eggs, add the grated parmesan and season them with salt and black pepper.

Right before the pasta is ready, turn up the stove with the chorizo.

Pour in the drained pasta and then immediately add in the egg mixture, stirring energetically. Serve with grated parmesan.
