Ingredients

  • bananas - 3
  • brown sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • sea salt - 1 - 2 pinches
  • black pepper - 1 - 2 pinches, can use mixed pepper

How to make

Combine the sea salt, pepper and brown sugar.

Cut the peeled bananas into thin round slices. Roll each one in the mixture and arrange in a tray with baking paper or in a buttered tray.

Bake the banana chips in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for about 15-20 min. - they need to be soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside.
