Ingredients

  • bananas - 3
  • brown sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • sea salt - 1 - 2 pinches
  • black pepper - 1 - 2 pinches, can use mixed pepper

Preparation

Combine the sea salt, pepper and brown sugar.

Cut the peeled bananas into thin round slices. Roll each one in the mixture and arrange in a tray with baking paper or in a buttered tray.

Bake the banana chips in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for about 15-20 min. - they need to be soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside.find similar recipes here
