How to cook

Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the cottage cheese, semolina and vanilla.

Stir everything well. Put half the mixture in an oiled tray. Wash the sour cherries, remove the pits.

Arrange the fruits onto the mixture in the tray and cover with the remaining half of the mixture. Bake 40 min. at 356°F (180 °C).
