Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • butter - 1 tbsp
  • eggs - 1
  • flour - 3 - 4 tbsp
  • for the filling
  • ham - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • black pepper
  • parsley

Preparation

Boil the potatoes in salted water until ready, drain and peel them. Blend them along with the salt, butter, egg and flour. Roll out the resulting dough into a crust and cut out circles using a cup.

Chop the ham finely, grate the cheese. Season with black pepper and finely chopped parsley, mix well and put a little of the stuffing in the middle of a circle.

Cover on top with another circle, press the ends together and deep fry until ready. Serve with fresh green salad.find similar recipes here
