Ingredients

  • calamari - 14 oz (400 g)
  • carrots - 4
  • curry - 1 pinch
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp, ground
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sugar - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp

How to cook

Clean the calamari from the membranes and innards. Place them in boiling water and take out after 4 min.

Leave them to cool and cut into very thin strips. Peel the carrots and grate them finely.

Add the curry, black pepper, salt, sugar, vinegar and olive oil and mix everything.

Throw in the calamari strips and stir. Leave for 10 min. and serve.
