Cut the meat into twelve 1 thick pieces. Tenderize the steaks and smear them with the garlic. Cut the mozzarella into 12 pieces.
Season the meat with salt and black pepper, put a slice of mozzarella and a slice of prosciutto on each steak.
At the very top, place a leaf of salvia, fix together with a toothpick.
Melt the butter in a pan and braise the meat. Serve with lemon slices.
