Cut the meat into twelve 1" thick pieces. Tenderize the steaks and smear them with the garlic. Cut the mozzarella into 12 pieces.
Season the meat with salt and black pepper, put a slice of mozzarella and a slice of prosciutto on each steak.
At the very top, place a leaf of salvia, fix together with a toothpick.
Melt the butter in a pan and braise the meat. Serve with lemon slices.
