How to cook
Heat the oven to 392°F (200 °C). Roll out the puff pastry and divide it in 2. Pierce them carefully with a fork and bake for 10-15 min.
Beat the cream with the custard and mix with the orange liqueur.
Peel the fruits and cut them.
Divide each cooled puff pastry piece into 6 parts. Distribute the cream on top and decorate with fruits. Serve.
