Ingredients

  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • eggs - 4
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • flour - 1 cup (250 g)
  • butter - melted, for the frying pan
  • for the Strawberry Sauce
  • strawberries - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • sugar - 4 tbsp
  • vanilla sugar - for sprinkling

How to cook

Beat the eggs well, adding the sugar and salt. Then gradually add the cream with the milk.

Pour the flour in lots and stir until the lumps disappear. You can leave the mixture for 15 min. to rest if desired.

Next, pour parts of it into a buttered pan and fry pancakes.

Chop the cleaned strawberries, transfer them to a heat resistant container and sprinkle with the sugar. Put them to boil on a moderate stove, until the syrup thickens a bit.

Roll up the pancakes with the sauce inside, sprinkle with a little vanilla sugar and serve with a smile.
