How to cook
Pour cold water over the chickpeas and leave them overnight.
Drain and boil them. In the meantime, make the tahini sauce by mixing well all of the products for it. Put it in the fridge.
Combine the chickpeas with the garlic, chili pepper, spices and green onions. Mix with the egg and blend.
Form 12 falafel balls and roll them in the sesame seeds. Fry them and serve with the sauce.
