Ingredients

  • chickpeas - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • lemon juice - of 2 lemons
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
  • tahini - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Soak the chickpeas in cold water for 1 night. Boil them, drain and blend until you get a smooth puree.

Add the lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cayenne pepper and tahini, blend once more.

Season with salt and black pepper, put in a serving plate and sprinkle with olive oil and a little more cayenne pepper.
