How to cook
Cut away the crusts from the bread slices. Prepare a round bowl and arrange some of the bread slices along the bottom and walls of it.
Put the cleaned and washed fruits in a pot and mix them with the sugar.
Saute them 4-5 min. and leave them to cool. Pour them on top of the bread, saving some of the juices for later.
Arrange the rest of the bread slices on top of the fruits, pour on the juices and leave the pudding in the fridge for at least 8 hours to cool. Serve with cream.
