How to cook
Blend the cardamom with a little water to get a paste. Heat the oil, add the paste, cardamom and black pepper.
Fry 2-3 min., add the meat, turmeric, chili and coriander. Fry for 10 min., stirring occasionally.
Lower the heat, pour in the yoghurt, tomatoes and salt, continue to cook for 5 min.
Add 4 cups of water, put a lid on and saute until the meat is fully softened.
