How to cook
Combine the butter with the cocoa, baking powder, flour and sugar until you get a crumbly mixture.
Separately, beat the milk with the eggs and add 1/2 of this mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir until everything becomes homogenized, then add the remaining 1/2 of the egg mixture and stir once again.
Distribute the mixture into 12 muffin cups in a muffin tray. Crumble an Oreo cookie over each muffin.
Bake the muffins for about 20 min. in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven - they are ready when if pressed lightly in the middle return to their original shape. Leave them to cool completely.
For the glaze, beat the powdered sugar, milk and butter together until the cream becomes smooth and fluffy. Distribute some of the cream over each muffin and finish off with half an Oreo cookie on top.
