Ingredients

  • garlic - 2 heads
  • potatoes - 4
  • vegetable broth - 7 1/2 cups (1.8 L)
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Heat the oven to 374°F (190 °C), put the 2 garlic heads in a small tray and crisp them for 30 min.

In the meantime, boil the potatoes. Bring the broth to a boil and add the potatoes to it, add the baked garlic cloves, season with salt and black pepper.

Boil another 15 min. and serve with parsley.
