How to cook
Wash, clean and cut the peppers.
Saute them in a container with a nonstick coating, then add the whipped eggs, milk, crumbled or grated feta cheese and spices to taste.
Remove from the stove and stir along the sides. Transfer to an oven dish, pour on half a packet of melted butter and put to bake in a heated oven.
Serve the dish with a salad, while still warm.
