Ingredients

  • potatoes - 24 oz (675 g), small ones
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • red onions - 2 heads
  • garlic - 8 cloves
  • rosemary - 2 tbsp, fresh
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to cook

Heat the oven to 446°F (230 °C). Peel the potatoes and slice them. Dry them very well.

Melt the butter in an oven dish in the oven. Add the potatoes, red onions, rosemary and garlic.

Stir well and bake for 25 min. Season with salt and black pepper.
