How to cook
Halve the peaches and arrange them in a tray. Mix all of the products for the filling and stuff the peaches.
Place a slice of butter on top of each and pour on a little wine. Bake for 35 min.
To make the mascarpone cream mixture, beat the powdered sugar with the yolks, add the wine and mascarpone. Add the cream and serve the peaches with this cream mixture.
