How to cook
Peel the carrots and grate them on a fine grater.
Dilute the starch in a cup of cold milk. Boil the rest of the milk and add the grated carrots.
Add the sugar and boil the mixture for 1 min. While stirring nonstop, pour in the diluted starch in a thin trickle and take the container off the heat.
Distribute it into bowls or glasses and leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours to harden.
