Ingredients

  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • onions - 3 heads
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • white wine vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • chicken broth - 1 cup
  • brown bread - 1 slice
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Melt the butter in a pan and braise the chopped onions until they brown slightly.

Add the sugar and continue frying until the onions turn completely brown.

Pour in the broth and vinegar, season with the paprika.

Add the cut bread slice, stir and saute another 3 min.

Blend the mixture and serve with pork or veal meat.
