Marsala Wine Sauce
- marsala - 1/2 cup, wine
- beef broth - 1 1/2 cups
- olive oil - 3 tbsp
- onions - 1/4 cup
- garlic - 1 tbsp, chopped
- mushrooms - 8 oz (225 g), chopped
- flour - 3 tbsp
- black pepper
Heat the olive oil in a pot, add the onions, garlic and mushrooms. Saute until the onions soften.
Add the flour and cook 1 more min., pour in the wine and stir.
Pour in the broth and cook until the flavors are well mixed together. The sauce is excellent for chicken meat.
